some of the user in the Internet scold that why are the Philippines Policeman are useless and they do so many things to showoff them self and prove that there are fooling around ..
at that time , a sacked former policeman which was holding 15 tourism hostage under the bus siege...8 hostage were killed , and 7 more hostages were seriously wounded..
The former policeman were known as the gunman , identified as a 55 years old ex-police captain...name is Rolando Mendoza, who was armed with an M-16 assault riffle ..
